Pitcher Festival Names More Jury Presidents




Pitcher Festival has announced three additional jury presidents for the 2022 Pitcher Awards. Ambofo Sakia, Directeur Général, Agence Efées, Abidjan and President, l’Association des Agences-Conseils en Communication de Côte d'Ivoire (AACC-CI) has been named as Entertainment Jury President. Karim Yermeche, Chief Executive Officer, Lotus Conseil, Hydra, Algeria is the Digital Jury President; while Tokunboh George-Taylor, Managing Director, Hill+Knowlton Strategies, Lagos, Nigeria has been named jury president for the Good category.


The Entertainment jury will review entries submitted in the following areas: Entertainment Film,

Entertainment Audio, Media Promo, Live Events, Sports, Comic Skits, Use of Music and Music Video. The Good jury will look at entries by both profit and nonprofit organisations that present campaigns, ideas or initiatives that address social or environmental issues. The Digital Jury will focus on Integrated Digital Campaigns (a new entry subcategory for 2022), Social Media Campaigns, Websites, Microsites, Web services, Apps, Games, Messaging as well as Novel (new ideas that cannot be categorized) and Devices,


Recently, Pitcher Festival announced the appointment of Vincent Montocchio, Managing Director CIRCUS! Mauritius & CCO Publicis Groupe Africa as Craft Jury President. The jury presidents for Heritage and Channel categories are scheduled to be announced soon. Entries for Pitcher Awards are currently open at www.pitcherfestival.com.
